International Summit for Community Wireless Networks

The community wireless and human rights movements share an interest in protecting and expanding universal access to communication technology. How can human rights organizations use their experience in advocacy, institution-building, and community organizing to support community wireless? How can local networks enhance the work of human rights groups on the ground?
